Flávio Kummer Hora Filho is a lawyer at the Martorelli Law Firm, acting in a litigious and a consultative manner in the Administrative department and in trade union's class actions, directed at the defense of federal public servants and also with the procedures that involve the registration and payment of judicial bonds.
Flávio Kummer started his trajectory as a trainee in the Public Defender of the Union and in the Court of Justice of Alagoas, where was awarded by excellence. He participated in the Young Talents for Science Project at the Federal University of Alagoas and the Scientific Initiation Program, focusing on constitution theory.
